  • skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • raisins
  • honey to serve

Instructions

  • Mix theseĀ  ingredients: milk, curd, oil, sugar and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix wheat flour, oats and baking powder.
  • Put it into the milk mixture and mix well.
  • Add raisins in it.
  • Heat a skillet, drizzle some oil and pour a ladleful of batter.
  • Close it and let cook for a minute.
  • Flip it over to the other side.
  • Once it is cooked, remove and repeat for the rest of the batter.
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup.

Notes

Other kind of nuts may be used.
Choco chips may also be used.
