Wheat and Oats Pancake
Wheat and Oats Pancake is a healthy, tasty and easy to serve breakfast.

wheat flour

oats

milk

teaspoon
baking powder

tablespoon
sugar

3
tablespoon
curd

1
tablespoon
oil
-
a pinch of salt
-
raisins
-
honey to serve

Mix theseĀ ingredients: milk, curd, oil, sugar and salt.

In another bowl, mix wheat flour, oats and baking powder.

Put it into the milk mixture and mix well.

Add raisins in it.

Heat a skillet, drizzle some oil and pour a ladleful of batter.

Close it and let cook for a minute.

Flip it over to the other side.

Once it is cooked, remove and repeat for the rest of the batter.

Serve with honey or maple syrup.
Other kind of nuts may be used.
Choco chips may also be used.
