Ingredients
4cuppapaya
1/2cupsugar
3tablespoonghee
1teaspoonrice flour
1/2cupmilk
2teaspooncream
pinch of salt
1/2teaspooncardamom powder

Instructions
Wash and peel the papaya. Cut into cubes, discard the seeds and white membrane.
Blend the cubes to a puree.
Take a pan and roast the rice flour. Keep it aside.
Add a tablespoon of ghee to it, roast the cashew and almond until golden, remove them in a small bowl.In the same pan, add the papaya puree and let cook for ten minutes.
Add milk and the rice flour, mix it well.Keep stirring, add sugar and mix well.Put some ghee and give a stir. The halwa is done once the ghee leaves the sides and forms a mass.Add cardamom and a pinch of salt.Finally, garnish with nuts.
