- 1 cup milk
- 5 almond
- 2 cardamom
- a few strands of saffron
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Grind almond and cardamom together in the small jar of the mixer.
Heat milk in a pan. Put the saffron strand to it.
Add sugar and almond powder to it. Let boil for three minutes.
Pour in glass, serve when warm.
