Muesli bar is a tasty and healthy snack to binge anytime.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon mueseli
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon cashew broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon almond sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Dry roast museli for a minute. Put it in a plate. Similarly, roast oats, cashew, almond pieces and flax seed. Put them aside.
  • Grease a plate and keep it ready.
  • Put butter, brown sugar and honey in the pan. Boil them together for three minutes, it melts and forms a homogenous mixture, it should not become very thick.
  • Add the roasted ingredients to it, mix and pour it in the plate. Allow to set and cool. It takes three hours.

Notes

  • Other dry fruits can be used.
  • You can use melon seeds too.
