Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Chocolate chia seed pudding is a tasty, easy to make, high fiber, protein packed ideal for breakfast, snack or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • sweetener any, sugar, honey, maple syrup,
  • pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • Put the chia seeds in milk and mix it.   Add  sugar.  Keep it aside for two hours or overnight in the refrigerator. 
  • Add chocolate syrup. Pour in two glasses. Top with pomegranate arils and serve.

Notes

  • Use any berry for topping.
  • Banana may be used.
  • You can use vanilla essence instead of chocolate syrup. Cocoa powder may also be used.
  • Make it vegan by using coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Top with dry fruits if needed. 
  • Any sweetener can be used. Feel free to use sugar.
