- 2 pomegranate deseeded
- 4 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
- salt to taste
- green chutney
- sev for topping
- coriander finely cut
Separate the arils of the pomegranate.
Chop the cucumber into bits.
Chop onion finely.
Prepare the green chutney and keep it ready. In a wide bowl, mix pomegranate, cucumber, pepper powder, chaat masala and salt.
Put it in small indivdual bowls. Top it with a little green chutney and onions. Finally, garnish with sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
