Separate the mint leaves, wash and pat dry.
Chop the leaves.
Put the ingredients in a wide bowl and mix well.
Knead it to a soft dough with little water.
Keep it aside for ten minutes.
Take a ball of the dough.
Roll it into a circle of diameter 5 inch.
Smear some oil and dab a little flour. Fold it like a pleat from one end to the other.
Then, make it into a circular shape.
Roll into a circle.
Heat a skillet.
Put the rolled paratha on to the skillet.
Flip it to the other side, smear oil and back again to the original side.
Let cook until brown spots are visible.
Serve hot with pickle or curds.
