Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon pistachois
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Blend oats, pistachois and flax seeds together.
  • Put it in a bowl. Add peanut butter and honey to it. Mix it well with hands.
  • Make balls. Keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour

Notes

You can replace flax seeds with cantaloupe seeds which is easily available.
