- 2 cup cantaloupe
- 1 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup beet
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- ice cubes
Put the cut fruit and veggie in a blender and swirl for one minute. Add honey, nutmeg powder and lemon juice and again swirl once more.
Pour in glasses and serve.
