Pomegranate Chaat

Ingredients

  • 2 pomegranate deseeded
  • 4 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • green chutney
  • sev for topping
  • coriander finely cut

Instructions

  1. Separate the arils of the pomegranate.

  2. Chop the cucumber into bits.

  3. Chop onion finely.

  4. Prepare  the green chutney and keep it ready. 

  5. In a wide bowl, mix pomegranate, cucumber, pepper powder, chaat masala  and salt.

  6. Put it in small indivdual bowls. Top it with a little green chutney and onions. Finally, garnish with sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
