Ingredients

  • 2 banana
  • 2 mango
  • 1/2 cup oats 1 cup = 250 ml
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and banana and cut into pieces. Freeze it for sometime.
  • Blend the fruit pieces with some milk.
  • Add other ingredients and blend again.
  • Pour in glasses, serve chilled. 

Notes

  • Use almond milk to make it vegan.
