Mambazha Pulissery
Mambazha Pulissery is a mango and coconut curry that is tasty and finger licking, use it with hot steaming rice for a good meal.

- 2 cup mango slices
- 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
- 1/2 cup water
To be grinded
- 1/2 cup fresh coocnut
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 green chilly
For tempering
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1/ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- a few curry leaves
Other ingredients
- 1/2 cup curd
- salt to taste
Peel the skin and cut the mango into pieces, add chilly powder and water. Cook it for some time.
Grind coconut, cumin and green chilly to a paste.
Put the paste and salt to it and let cook. Whisk the curds and put it. Do not boil once you add the curds.
Make seasoning and put it over it.
- Use coconut oil for seasoning.
- Adjust green chilly as per your choice, if you need it spicy, use two of them.
- Serve with hot rice.
