Vanilla Pudding

Vanilla pudding is one of the tastiest and easiest desserts to make. An all time favourite of children, I have garnished with grated chocolate and dry fruits.

  • 250 ml full fat milk
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • agar agar
  • cooking chocolate grated
  • almond slivers
  • 1 +1 tbsp water


  1. Take milk in a pan and boil it.

  2. Add condensed milk and fresh cream to it. Keep stirring.

  3. Now add sugar  to it

  4. Meanwhile, warm a little  water in a pan. Put agar agar to it and keep it aside

  5. Mix cornflour in water and mix it into milk.

  6. Let cook for sometime. Add vanilla essence.

  7. Remove from flame.

  8. Add agar agar mixed in water to it.

  9. Put it in serving bowls. Let it set. Decorate with grated chocolate and almond slivers. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • This is vegetarian version.
  • For topping, you may use cashews or any other nuts.
  • Tastes good when chilled.
