Choco Vanilla Kulfi
A two-in-one kulfi which is irresistible.

Ingredients

litre
full fat milk
150
grams
sugar

tsp
cocoa powder
1/2
tsp
vanilla essence
1
tbsp
chopped nuts
2
tsp
grated chocolate

tbsp
chocolate syrup
Instructions
Take milk in a thick bottom pan and boil for some time.
Add sugar, give a stir and continue to boil for another ten minutes. The quantity should be reduced to three-fourth.
Divide the milk equally in two pans.
In one pan, add cocoa powder and mix well. Boil for five minutes. Remove and keep it aside to cool.
In the other pan, add vanilla essence and nuts. Boil for five minutes and allow to cool.
To asemble the kulfi
Take a kulfi mould and pour chocolate kulfi to half its volume. Sprinkle some chocolate powder and allow to set for one hour.
Pour vanilla kulfi over it, sprinkle some grated chocolate and drizzle some syrup over it.
Set in the freezer for three hours
Notes
Adding of syrup is optional, but it tasted great. The syrup was concentrated i n the middle of it.
