Bananas being a store house of energy and available all round the year, one need to serve more of this wonderful fruit . Here is a different blend of ingredients. Its healthy and makes an ideal drink for breakfast.
dates 8 seedless
milk 1/2 litre
sugar 2tsp (optional)
TO PREPARE :
Soak dates in warm milk in a small bowl for fifteen minutes. Blend it in a mixer, then add the bananas and a little milk and blend together. Add sugar if necessary. Serve chilled or with a cube of ice
