It’s been sometime, I have posted any recipe. Sorry for the same. I was working on my e-book, glad to inform you all that my kindle edition of “South Indian Breakfast” is now available on Amazon. And to mark this occasion, I am presenting an ice cream here. Ice creams are the favourite dessert of one and all. Anytime, we can indulge in eating it. Pear ice cream is the tastiest one I have ever eaten. It’s yummy, it’s different!
Pear is one of the healthiest food in the world. It consists of anti oxidants, flavonoids, minerals, vitamins and not to mention, dietary fibre. This fruit is simply eaten or used in milk shakes and desserts.
Do give a try to this recipe. You will like it. I have used pear in its actual form, as the skin of it consists three times more of phenolic hypo nutrients, which in turn is the home of anti-oxidants and flavonoids.
- pear 2
- condensed milk 400 ml, 1 tin (Nestle Milkmaid)
- fresh cream 200 ml , 1 packet
- Wash and cut the pear into slices.
- Blend it into a purée.
- Add the condensed milk and fresh cream.
- Blend again for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into ice cream trays.
- Deep freeze for four hours.
- Pear ice cream is ready to serve.
