  1. Wash the okra and pat dry.
  2. Cut them into half inch pieces.
  3. Take a pan. Add a teaspoon of oil and roast them on a medium flame for sometime. It should be well cooked.
  4. Remove and keep aside.
  5. Add two teaspoon of oil. Put the cumin and allow to splutter. Then add saunf to it along with ginger and green chilly,slit into two pieces. Let the flavours imbibe to it.
  6. Put the roasted okra to it. Add salt, chat masala and dry mango powder to it. Mix well.
  7. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
Recipe Notes

Okra should be thoroughly dry before cooking. It becomes sticky and will not taste good.
