Ingredients
2
halves
dry coconut
1
pod
garlic
3
teaspoon
chilly powder
salt
1/2
teaspoon
oil
Instructions
Cut the coconut into thin strips.
Roast it lightly on a medium flame. You get a good aroma once it is done.
Put it on a wide plate.
Add oil to the pan and roast the chilly powder.
Grind all ingredients together.
Store in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the chilly powder to your preference. Use less if you want it mild.
