In spite of changing trends in eating habits, I feel that some recipes have stood the test of time and still reign supreme. They are enjoyed during any course of the meal. There are a few other dishes, which have been passed since generations and are still relished, though there may be a slight variation in the ingredients used. The recipes are tried at home and been simplified to suit our modern style. They are all vegetarian dishes using a wide range of ingredients that are easily available.
