Inspite of changing trends in the eating habits, I feel that some receipes have stood the test of time and still reign supreme. They are enjoyed during any course of meal. There are a few other dishes, which have been passed since generations and are still relished,though there may be a slight variation in the ingredients used.

The receipes are tried at home and been simplified to suit our modern style. They are all vegetarian dishes using a wide range of ingredients which are easily available.
