Ganesh Chaturthi is coming, this recipe would be so perfect for that occasion. Ladoos looks super yummy. When I first saw the pic, I thought you had added some cocoa powder to get this chocolate color ladoos. But I didn’t find that in your ingredients. How we get this color?

Love making coconut barfi or ladoo by cooking the coconut with milk and sugar, no condensed milk, milk powder, etc. I learned how to make a similar recipe from my aunt in law. The flavour of coconut comes through completely.

That’s a wonderful recipe to make coconut ladoo from desiccated coconut. Soaking in milk should help a lot in making the ladoos soft.
