Coconut Cucumber Cooler
Written by Jayashree
Mocktails are non alcoholic drinks usually served during parties and get togethers. After the Virgin Mango Mojito, today I bring to you Coconut Cucumber Cooler. This lovely drink is all set to swing the mood, with the hint of lime juice in coconut water along with cucumber slices  immersed in it with a splash of mint.

It’s again time for our blog hop with the theme”Mocktails” . I was wondering what to do, when I chanced upon this Coconut Cucumber Cooler  in Deccan Herald newspaper and soon decided to go with it.

Tender Coconut water is a very healthy drink. It is a natural source of electrolytes, minerals, vitamins, complex carbohydrates, amino acids and other nutrients. It is ideal drink for summer.

A tangy, zesty drink is sure a crowd pleaser.

  2. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Let chill for two hours.
  4. Serve as cooler mocktail.
Notes
Adjust sugar to your need. You can avoid it totally if the coconut water is sweet[br]Allow the flavours to infuse for two hours before serving.

Tender Coconut Water is mixed with lime juice and sugar. Thin cucumber slices  and chopped mint leaves are put into it.  Close and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
