I find that they are not only healthy but can be consumed without any fuss. Moreover, these help to keep going for long hours. Fig milkshake with chocolate sauce is a tasty drink that can be enjoyed by fussy kids.

Fig milk shake with chocolate sauce
- Figs 4
- Cold milk 500ml
- sugar 1tsp
- chocolate sauce 2tsp
- ice cream 1 scoop
- Chop three figs into big bites.
- Cut one into small pieces and keep aside.
- Blend the big chunks woth milk, sugar and icecream.
- Pour it in a glass.
- Add a few pieces of the chopped fruit and chocolate sauce to it.
- Serve it immediately.
