Spinach, commonly known as palak, is packed with vital nutrients. The need of using it is more in an vegetarian diet. It is store house of calcium, manganese, iron and phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1, B6 and C. Here are five ways to use spinach in your daily diet. 1 Spinach rice 

It is used to give the flavour of spinach with other spices, a delightful preparation.



2 Alu Palak

This is one of the most popular north indian dishes to go with roti and naan.



3 Dal Palak

Lentils cooked in spinach is simply amazing !

Spinach and corn  in a salad is awesome !
