Banana Milkshake

With the availability of bananas all round the year, I really love this humble fruit. Packed with vital nutrients, it keeps one going for long hours.  Banana milkshake is one ideal way to use this fruit. It is tasty and recommended for all, children, office goers or the fasting elders.

Why to consider it ?

  • This fruit is considered as one of the healthiest foods in the world.

  • It consists of Viamin B, Vitamin C, manganese, potassium and fiber.

  • It helps prevent cardio vascular diseases. and aids in digestion.

  •  It helps in flushing the toxins out of the body. It keeps the brain working well and recharges the body .

  • Moreover, it is not heavily priced and available all round the year.

INGREDIENTS :

bananas 2 chilled frozen
 milk  2 glasses  
honey 1tbsp 

To Make :

Grind all ingredients together. Serve with a ice cubes.

Take a tip : Freezing the bananas gives frothiness to the milkshake. Add ice cream to get a more delicious drink.
