Carrot halwa is tasty and liked by everyone. You can use it in  desserts  with vanilla icecream or use it as a sweet dish. It is healthy and packed with nutrition, ideal for kids.

The ingredients that you need are:

Carrot 1kg

sugar 1/2 kg

ghee 200ml

milk 1/2 litre

cardamom powder

dry fruits for garnishing

Method:

Wash and grate the carrots.

Add the milk and allow to cook on a slow flame.

Later,add ghee and sugar and allow to cook on a slow flame till the quantity is reduced and is thickened. Keep stirring ocassionally.

Add cardamom powder to the delicacy.

Garnish with dry fruits.
