Carrot Salad

Here is a tasty salad  with the goodness of carrots. Recommended by all doctors, include it in the form of this salad.



3 carrots

1 cucumber

1 onion

1 tsp oil for seasoning

1/2 lemon 


Take carrots, wash and do not scrape them for the vitamins lie beneath the skin. Grate them. Just mix one finely cut cucumber to give a nice taste to it.  Add finely cut onions, salt and juice of lemon. Make seasoning and serve with lunch or have as a snack.
