Curds rice

In the blazing heat, chilled flavoured curds or buttermilk is refreshing and a lunch without curds rice seems incomplete. In South India, it is a tradition to end their meals with curds and rice.

A ready to eat curds rice is more than welcome. Though occasionally made, it is a must be during functions and parties. It is one of the simplest cooking that can be made.
